Prices and Quotes
Prices are subject to change. A deposit is required before starting any job. Quotes may change based on the final inspection or the condition of the space during installation.
Estimates Subject to Physical Inspection
All Estimates are subject to final inspection and prices may change based on the condition of the space needing our products.
Warranties
There is no warranty on mesh after installation. Limited warranties are provided only for products specified by the manufacturer at the time of installation, and these are subject to change.
Liability
Bloom Bug Screens is not responsible for any injuries incurred during or after product installation. Additionally, a call-out service charge applies if the product is damaged due to excessive force from pets or humans.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive or bullying behavior.
Exterior Applications
Bloom Bug Screens acknowledges the risks associated with exterior applications of our Retractable Screen System. While our products are designed for long-lasting outdoor use, external conditions—such as sloped patios, sand, falling debris, and extreme weather—can significantly impact performance. These factors may lead to increased service calls and dissatisfaction.
Communication Requirement
It is crucial to inform the end user about these potential issues before ordering. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have communicated the possibility of additional servicing, rescreening, or associated costs for exterior installations. This step is aimed at setting clear expectations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Late Payment Terms
Payment is due within 5 business days from the date of invoice. Any payment not received within this period shall be considered past due. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to all past due amounts, calculated from the due date until payment is received in full. If collection or legal action is required to recover unpaid amounts, the client shall be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, court costs, and any other related expenses.
