Return Policy
All Bloom Bug Screens products are custom-made to your specifications. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
14-Day Returns — Damaged Products Only
Because every screen and blind is built to order, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged — and only within 14 days of pick-up or delivery. To report damage, contact us within that window with photos of the damage and your order details, and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
Custom Products — No Returns on Incorrect Measurements
We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client. Even when measurement guidance is offered over the phone, it is the client's responsibility to confirm all dimensions. Custom products built from incorrect measurements cannot be returned or refunded.
Pick-Up Orders — Important Notice
This is a DIY pick-up order. Full payment is required before production begins. Bloom Bug Screens LTD, including its employees and directors, is not responsible for any incorrect measurements provided by the client — even if guidance was offered over the phone.

Additional Costs
Any changes made to your completed product will incur additional charges.
Rush Orders
Pick-up window and patio door screens are available within 7 business days. All other items may vary depending on the season and product availability. We are happy to accommodate your rush orders at an additional cost — please ask us.

For a premium experience, we also offer a full-service option, including a professional call-out service, to ensure your product is measured and installed perfectly.
