Make every opening accessible
Open the curtains or blinds on each window and door you want screened, and clear furniture, plants and décor back a foot or two from the openings. Our tech needs to reach the track, the frame and both sides of each window.
Note the problem openings
Walk the house and jot down any window that's sticking, out of square, has a damaged frame, or a screen that's currently failing. Tell us up front so we spec the right solution rather than discovering it mid-build.
Decide your priorities
Have a sense of what matters most per room: bug-blocking (no-see-um mesh), pet resistance, sun control, or an unobstructed view (retractable). We'll bring samples so you can see and feel the difference, but knowing your priorities speeds the selection.
Gather a few details
