How do I get started on my own renovation?
Before you get started, you’ll no doubt have lots of questions to ask.
Questions like: how feasible is this, what process do we follow, how much will it cost. Our approach is to gather some basic information over the phone to see if we are a good fit, then schedule an in-person consultation to meet you personally and ask (and answer) the deeper questions. After this meeting, we may recommend a feasibility study to firm up an estimate. We’ll do a pre-renovation agreement, which includes written specifications, the scope of work, and the master schedule. Once the proposal is accepted, down-payment received, renovation can begin.
Simply book an appointment with us and we will get back to you in 1-2 business days.
How much do estimates cost?
Our design consultations are free of charge whether at your home, place of business or our showroom. Usually our labor proposals are free too. There are exceptions to this last rule, however, which would be discussed with you during your free consultation.
